Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is looking for a skilled Painter to join our growing painting team based in Newbury, servicing Basingstoke, Winchester and Oxford.

You will perform internal and external decorations in housing settings, in domestic environments, collaborating with residents and colleagues to deliver high-quality finishes. The role offers a 39-hour week, a basic salary of £35,429 with bonus opportunities, uniform and PPE, pension, life insurance and other benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 painting (or equivalent)
• Experience in domestic/social housing environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for quality work
• Valid UK driving licence required

• You will be completing all internal andexternal decorations within housing settings
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What you will bring as a Painter:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, orrelevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you havestrong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
