Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd in Newbury is seeking a skilled Painter to join our decorative team, servicing Basingstoke, Winchester and Oxford areas. You will carry out internal and external decorations in residents' homes, delivering quality finish and customer care.

We offer a secure, fair environment with a fixed 39-hour week, a base salary of £35,429, and bonus opportunities that can push earnings up to £39,485. Uniform, PPE, holidays, pension and life insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting (desirable).
• Experience in domestic / social housing environment preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset when working with residents.

The Painter Role

• You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What You Will Bring As a Painter

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
