Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. in Bristol is looking for a skilled Painter to join our growing painting team, covering surrounding areas. You will specialise in internal and external decorations for customers' properties.

We offer a competitive salary of £33,259.00 for a 39 hour working week and on-target earnings up to £37,315.00 with bonus, travel and fare allowance. Uniform and PPE are provided, plus paid holidays, pension contributions and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Preferrably NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade.
• Experience in domestic or social housing environments is advantageous.
• Passion for making a difference to peoples homes with strong customer service.
• Driving licence, with eligibility to drive in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Complete all internal and external decorations within housing settings.
• Demonstrate works they will be required to complete in real projects.
• Work in a domestic environment and enjoy engaging with residents.

Education

The Painter and Decorator role:

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

• You will be completing all internal andexternal decorations within housing settings
• Give a detailed example of some of the works they will be required to complete
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What you will bring as a Painter and Decorator:

• Preferrably qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, orrelevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you havestrong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
