Codi Group is seeking a professional Painter to join our in-house team, delivering internal and external painting across our homes and communities. The role requires a City & Guilds Painting qualification, a full clean driving licence, and a solid understanding of health and safety.

About The Role

As a Painter, you'll be part of our in-house team delivering internal and external painting programmes across our homes and communities. Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll be responsible for completing painting works safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a professional point of contact for customers on site. Health and safety will be at the heart of everything you do. To help you succeed in the role, we'll provide a company van and all the tools, equipment, and resources you need to carry out your work effectively.

Skills And Experience Needed

We're looking for someone with relevant experience in the painting industry who takes pride in delivering high standards and excellent customer service. You'll be a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You must hold a City & Guilds qualification in Painting (or an equivalent relevant qualification) and a full clean driving licence. You'll also have a good understanding of health and safety and be committed to maintaining safe working practices while delivering a high-quality service for our customers.

This is a 40 hour per week role and permanent with a competitive salary, along with a great package designed to support you at work and beyond.

  • £30,058 per annum
  • 26 days holiday, pro rata entitlement plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
