Job description

Join to apply for the Painter role at Laurie McClave artist.

Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire (Mobile working across the East Midlands)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,907.00 per annum

The Role

As a Painter within our Internal Maintenance Service, you will perform painting repairs and maintenance to a high standard for residents across the East Midlands. You will carry out day-to-day maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied properties, demonstrating multi-skilling to provide efficient, customer-focused service.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds a City and Guilds Level 3 qualification, NVQ, or similar.
  • Has broad experience in maintenance work in occupied and unoccupied properties.
  • Possesses a full driving licence.
