Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or Painter in a similar environment.
• Understanding of repair techniques for all makes of cars.

• Masking of all makes of cars.
• Polishing cars.
• Mix paint to correct specification.

Job description

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Vehicle Painter and Prepper at our Cold Meece Refurbishment and Defleet site.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed below to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sand and rub cars in preparation for painting.
2. Paint all makes of cars.
3. Masking of all makes of cars.
4. Polishing cars.
5. Mix paint to correct specification.
6. Ensure the preparation of all cars leaving the Bodyshop is completed to a high standard.
7. Maintain a tidy and professional working environment, with emphasis on health and safety in the workplace.

Ideally, We Are Looking For

1. Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or Painter in a similar environment.
2. Understanding of repair techniques for all makes of cars.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good communication skills.
