Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter to join our painting team. Based in Newbury and serving Farnborough and surrounding areas, you will perform internal and external decorations for housing properties, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

We offer a secure environment with fair rewards, a 39-hour week, and opportunity for bonus earnings via OT and travel allowances. Applicants should hold NVQ Level 2 in Painting or equivalent and have a valid UK driving licence.

• Ideally experience in domestic/social housing environments.

Responsibilities

• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What You Will Bring As a Painter

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
