Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter to join our painting team based in Newbury, servicing Eversley and surrounding areas. You will specialise in internal and external decorations to customers' properties.

We offer a basic salary of £35,429.00 per year with bonus opportunities and a 39-hour working week. Benefits include uniform and PPE, pension contributions, life insurance, paid holidays, and additional support such as travel allowances.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting is desirable.
• Experience in domestic/social housing environment preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with residents.
• Driving licence is required to travel to sites.

The Painter Role

• You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What You Will Bring As a Painter

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
