Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter to join our painting team at the Watford Unit, servicing Uxbridge. You will carry out internal and external decorations for customer properties, ensuring high standards and safety on a 39-hour week.

The role offers a base salary of £37,599 with bonus opportunities and benefits including uniform, PPE, holidays, pension and life insurance. A driving licence is advantageous for site travel and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting.
• Experience in domestic housing environments is preferred.
• Full driving license and the ability to drive in the UK are advantageous.

The Painter Role

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

• You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What You Will Bring As a Painter

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
