Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, based in Romsey and servicing Southampton and Portsmouth. You will carry out internal and external decorations for customers’ properties, in domestic housing settings, with a 39-hour week and guaranteed base pay.

You should have NVQ Level 2 in Painting (or equivalent) and ideally experience in social housing. A driving licence is preferred. Benefits include uniform, PPE, paid holidays and pension contributions.

We are currently looking for a skilled Painter to join our successful Painting business based in Romsey but servicing the Southampton and Portsmouth. You will specialise in carrying out Internal and External Decorations to our customers properties.

The basic salary is : £35,429.00 plus bonus opportunities.

The Painter Role

• You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What You Will Bring As a Painter

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
