Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is hiring a Painter to cover internal and external decorations for housing settings across East London areas including Tower Hamlets, Stratford and Eltham. The role involves working in residents' homes and maintaining high safety and service standards.

You will contribute to a 39-hour paid week with opportunities to boost earnings through bonus schemes and travel allowances. A valid UK driving licence is required, and NVQ Level 2 in Painting is desirable.

• Domestic/social housing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and people skills

We are currently looking for a skilled Painter to join our successful Painting business based in the Maidstone but servicing the East London area including Tower Hamlet, Dartford, Eltham and Stratford You will specialise in carrying out Internal and External Decorations to our customers properties.

The basic salary is : £37,599.00 plus bonus opportunities.

The Painter Role

• You will be completing all internal and external decorations within housing settings
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.
  

What You Will Bring As a Painter

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, or relevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you have strong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
