Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd. is seeking a Painter to join our growing painting team based at the Watford Unit, servicing Uxbridge.

The role focuses on internal and external decorations to customers' properties, ensuring safety and quality throughout. The basic salary is £37,599.00 per year for a 39-hour week, with on-target earnings up to £41,655.00 including bonus opportunities, travel and fare allowances, and travel expenses.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting is desirable.
• Experience in domestic/social housing environment preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for making a difference to people’s homes.

The Painter role:

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

• You will be completing all internal andexternal decorations within housing settings
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What you will bring as a Painter:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, orrelevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you havestrong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
