Job summary

Ian Williams is seeking a Painter to cover internal and external decorations in South London-based projects, including Epsom. The role offers a 39-hour paid week with a basic salary of £37,599 and on-target earnings up to £41,655 with bonus opportunities.

You will work in domestic housing environments, delivering high-quality finishes for residents while adhering to safety standards and company values. Driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting.
• Experience in domestic / social housing environments preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.

The Painter role:

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

• You will be completing all internal andexternal decorations within housing settings
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What you will bring as a Painter:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, orrelevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you havestrong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
