Job summary

Ian Williams is seeking a Painter to join our Romsey-based painting team serving the Winchester area. You will perform internal and external decorations, primarily in housing settings, and work closely with residents and colleagues to ensure quality and safety.

The role offers a guaranteed 39-hour paid week, a basic salary of £35,429.00 with bonus opportunities and on-target earnings up to £39,485.00, plus uniform, PPE, holidays, pension, life insurance, and other supports.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Painting is desirable; time served qualifications available on-site.
• Experience in domestic/social housing environments is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service focus and passion for improving customers' homes.

The Painter role:

We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.

• You will be completing all internal andexternal decorations within housing settings
• Working in a domestic environment, you enjoy working with people, whether as a team, or with the residents.

What you will bring as a Painter:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting desirable - for time served, we offer on site qualifications.
• Ideally experience of working within a domestic / social housing environment, orrelevant environment (albeit not essential)
• Having a passion for making a difference to peoples homes, you havestrong values in delivering exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working with people
• Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK
