Job summary

E3recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join the paint department in Blackpool. You will be responsible for vehicle masking and preparation to a high standard, ensuring rhythm with production takt times.

Flexibility and teamwork are essential as you may work in different units and assist with various paint shop duties. Apply if you are ready to take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience vehicle paint spraying.
• Good understanding of the commercial industry.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of H&S involved in working with solvents daily.
• Awareness of takt times.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in awkward, confined positions, climbing over vehicle, entry/exit bodies and hoppers. Occasional heavy lifting required.
