Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bodyshop Prepper / Painter, or similar role.
• Skilled in filler work and paint application processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Self-motivated with flexible approach to working hours.

Responsibilities

• Preparing vehicles for painting, including filler work and other prep activities.
• Applying paint using advanced spray techniques to ensure a superior finish.
• Polishing and finishing painted panels to meet exacting standards.
• Working efficiently to adhere to deadlines and production targets.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assisting with additional tasks such as stripping, fitting, or panel work when required.
