Job summary

Perfect Placement is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer for a twilight shift at a leading Accident Repair Centre in Ilkeston. This role offers a modern, high-volume workshop and excellent earning potential through an uncapped bonus scheme.

You'll prepare vehicles, mix and apply paints, and ensure colour matching to manufacturer specs, working Monday to Friday, 12:00pm to 9:00pm. A UK driving licence and NVQ/IMI/ATA (or equivalent) preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer is essential.
• Strong colour matching and refinishing skills are required.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting and refinishing, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Mix and apply paint using advanced refinishing techniques.
• Conduct colour matching and blending to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete repairs efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Perform final quality inspections prior to vehicle handover.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
• Work collaboratively with panels and MET teams to ensure efficient repairs.
