Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a highly skilled Paint Sprayer for an accident repair centre in Nuneaton. You will apply spray-painting techniques, prepare vehicles, and help achieve a top-quality finish in a fast-paced workshop.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply spray-painting technology, including paint composition and mixing.
• Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding and surface prep.
• Achieve high standards of spray finish to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow health & safety policies and use prescribed safety equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to meet production targets.

Duties of the Paint Sprayer:

• Understand and apply spray-painting technology, including paint composition and mixing techniques
• Keep up-to-date with product advancements through ongoing training
• Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and surface preparation
• Achieve high standards of spray finish, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Use prescribed safety equipment and attend company-arranged medicals
• Report any health or vision concerns promptly to your manager
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and safe condition, with attention to fire hazards
• Follow all health and safety and housekeeping policies
• Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to meet team objectives and production targets

Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair environment
• ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Capable of working efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
