Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Technician for our Accident Repair Centre in Northampton. You will be responsible for masking, preparing, color matching, and carrying out high-quality paintwork to refit standards.

The role offers Monday to Friday daytime hours with no weekends, a competitive salary up to £45,000 plus bonus, and opportunities for ongoing training and career progression as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience as painter/prepper with high attention to detail.
• Ability to mix and match colours accurately.
• Experience following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Mixing and matching colours to ensure accurate shade.
• Check painted job is acceptable to refit.
• Carry out repairs to high-volume workload following BSI PAS 10125.

They are now looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Technician for their Accident Repair / Body-shop in Northampton.

About the Job

As an Painter/prepper, you will be responsible for:

• Checking that the vehicle has been masked and prepared to the required standard
  
• Mixing and matching colours
  
• Checking the painted job is acceptable to refit
  
• You will carry out high volume repairs carried out to the BSI PAS 10125 standards.
