Optima UK Inc Ltd in Loughborough is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to prepare surfaces and apply high-quality finishes on a range of components. The role requires attention to detail and strict adherence to health and safety procedures.

This permanent position offers two shift options, a pay rate of £17–£22.75 per hour (including shift allowance), 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private healthcare, a company pension, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer (automotive, industrial, or manufacturing).
• Knowledge of paint preparation and spraying techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
• Mix paints and coatings to the correct specifications.
• Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency.
• Carry out touch-ups and rectification work where required.
• Maintain spray booths, equipment, and a clean working environment.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company standards.
