6.30am - 3.15pm with an early finish on Fridays

This market-leading engineering company is recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join their site in Cheltenham. The company manufactures and supplies a range of specialist products to various industries across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Spraying medical, oil & gas, FMCG, and aerospace parts to the highest standard
2. Prepping, masking, sanding, and detailing surfaces for flawless finishes
3. Carrying out all aspects of paint preparation, spraying, and polishing to a high standard
4. Working independently and within a team to meet strict deadlines
5. Quality checking and packing finished components

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer would be beneficial but full training will be provided
• Previous experience in an engineering or production environment
• Quality-focused
• A passion for precision & craftsmanship
