Job description

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client in Abingdon. This is a temporary to permanent position within their Warehouse team.

About the role:

The main responsibilities include painting geared motors (90%) and providing logistical support in the warehouse and assembly work (10%).

About You:

You should be physically fit, capable of completing physically demanding tasks, attentive to detail, and flexible in your approach to work.

Key duties include:

• Spraying paint on gearboxes and motors
• Supporting logistics activities such as unloading shipments and inventory management
• Assisting with standard case/motor modifications
• Maintaining warehouse tidiness
• Participating in inventory counting

Additional responsibilities:

• Performing any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
• Adhering to company policies and safety regulations

Desired Skills:

• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths & English
• Experience in spray painting and warehouse work (training provided)

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4pm

Friday: 8am to 4pm
