About the Role

TXM is seeking experienced paint sprayers in Bicester to join a company innovating in electric transport. This temporary-to-permanent position is ideal for professionals from automotive, large vehicle, rail, or similar industries.

Working Hours

Rotating shifts: early and late, Monday to Friday, with early finishes on Fridays.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and spray buses and large vehicles using HVLP and airless systems, ensuring high-quality finishes according to specifications.
2. Perform masking, priming, top-coating, and refinishing of vehicle exteriors and interiors, maintaining attention to detail.
3. Carry out surface preparation including sanding, filling, and degreasing for optimal paint adhesion.
4. Collaborate with body repair and prep teams to meet production schedules while maintaining a safe environment.
