Shift: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Small Parts Paint Sprayer to join our team. As a Small Parts Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to small metal or plastic components, ensuring the highest standards of precision and workmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting, knowledge of various spray equipment, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain spray painting equipment, including spray guns and air compressors.
2. Mix paint and other finishing materials to ensure the correct consistency and colour.
3. Apply coatings evenly and consistently to small parts, following company specifications and industry standards.
4. Inspect finished parts for quality, ensuring smooth finishes without defects.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
6. Perform regular maintenance on spray equipment and tools.
7. Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Small Parts Paint Sprayer or in a similar role.
2. Familiarity with various spray techniques and equipment.
3. Strong attention to detail and a high level of precision in your work.
4. Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Ability to follow health and safety procedures in a work environment.

Desirable:

1. Experience with spray booth operations and environmental controls.
2. Previous work in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
3. Certification or training in industrial painting (desirable but not required).
