Energy Jobline CVL in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Paint Plant Manager to lead production across multiple robotic lines and ensure delivery of targets and customer requirements.

You will drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity and cost reduction, investigate issues, provide maintenance support and coach the production teams to sustain high performance and a culture of operational excellence.

• Strong technical knowledge of paint processes and operations in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading, developing and motivating teams with performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead paint production across multiple robotic lines to meet production targets and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, throughput and cost reduction with KPIs and accountability.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide technical support for paint plant maintenance, fault diagnosis and equipment optimisation.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance paint efficiency, finish quality and production performance.
• Coach and develop production teams, managing performance and fostering a supportive culture.

Paint Plant Manager

Job Description

Lead paint production across multiple robotic lines, ensuring delivery of production targets and customer requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, throughput and cost reduction while monitoring KPIs and promoting accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Provide technical support for paint plant maintenance, fault diagnosis and equipment optimisation.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance paint efficiency, finish quality and production performance, while supporting new product introductions, paint trials, launches and process validation.
Coaching and develop and lead the production teams, managing performance and promoting a supportive culture.

Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of paint processes and operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading, developing and motivating teams, with responsibility for performance management and continuous improvement.
