Job summary

3Search is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency specialising in high-performance ecommerce growth. The Paid Social Account Manager will take ownership of high-value ecommerce advertising campaigns while leading a small team and shaping the strategic direction of paid social activity across a portfolio of clients.

You will lead Paid Social strategy, mentor 1–2 Executives, drive planning, testing, and measurement, and present insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager from setup to optimisation.
• Deep understanding of Paid Social strategies within ecommerce environments.
• Confident client communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to translate data into strategy.
• Leadership experience or clear potential to manage and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paid Social strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce clients.
• Manage and mentor 1–2 Paid Social Executives to maximise performance.
• Drive campaign planning, optimisation, testing, and measurement.
• Present insights, strategy updates, and performance reviews to clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose initiatives to scale spend.
