Job summary

3Search is seeking a Paid Social Digital Designer for ecommerce brands on the agency side. You will shape how paid social and digital campaigns are produced at scale, creating assets and building systems/templates to enable rapid adaptation across audiences, products and markets.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, experiment with AI tools, and collaborate with strategists, media specialists and other creatives to push performance and creativity forward.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in digital, graphic or motion design with high-quality paid social assets.
• Ability to build templates and automated workflows for scalable campaigns.
• Curious about AI and emergent tech; experiments with AI tools.
• Experience collaborating with strategists, media specialists and other creatives in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable in performance-led settings with testing and optimization focus.
