Job summary

Soar With Us, a UK-based e-commerce advertising agency, seeks an experienced media buyer to own end-to-end ad accounts. You will manage Meta and TikTok campaigns, translate strategy into concrete actions, and drive ROAS for multiple DTC brands across supplements, skincare, fashion, and home care.

You’ll audit and optimise using data, collaborate with the Growth Strategist, and scale creative assets while reporting progress and pacing against monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce brands with large budgets.
• Budget ownership or management of $250k+/month budgets.
• Familiarity with Shopify and DTC e-commerce.
• Strong research and adaptability to varied client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of ad accounts within your POD, mainly on Meta (with some TikTok).
• Audit ad accounts and use data to inform strategy and optimisations.
• Collaborate with Growth Strategist to translate strategy into concrete actions.
• Test and scale creative, internally and externally produced.
• Provide proactive updates on pacing against monthly goals with insights.
• Report learnings and future direction to Growth Strategist.
• Maintain thorough ad account hygiene with clear structure and naming conventions.
