Job summary

Soar With Us in the UK is seeking a Paid Social Executive to own and drive ROAS for an e-commerce client portfolio. You will manage Meta and TikTok ads with a focus on end-to-end account ownership and strategy execution.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience scaling budgets at scale (250k+ per month), deep knowledge of Shopify/DTC, and a proactive, insights-driven mindset. Hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Experience running Meta Ads for e-commerce brands.
• Ability to own budgets of $250k+/month.
• Knowledge of Shopify and DTC ecommerce essential.
• TikTok ads experience is a plus.
• Own end-to-end account strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of ad accounts in your POD (Meta primary, TikTok as needed).
• Audit accounts and use data to inform strategy and optimisations.
• Partner with Growth Strategist to translate strategy into actions.
• Test and scale creative internally and externally.
• Provide pacing updates against monthly goals with commentary.
• Report learnings and future direction to Growth Strategist.
• Ensure actions align with KPIs and maintain account hygiene.
