You will own campaign performance from launch through scale, translating insights into creative direction and maintaining structured testing and scaling processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and scale creative tests based on performance data
• Translate performance insights into clear creative direction
• Manage budgets, pacing, and performance targets
• Monitor key metrics and take decisive action based on results
• Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and creators to continuously improve output
• Maintain structured testing and scaling processes
