Job summary

Ohme is seeking a Paid Social Manager to own the paid social programme end to end, setting direction and scaling it as the function grows. You’ll work with Creative and local markets to deliver campaigns that drive real commercial results, with budget and trust to execute.

The role offers hybrid working in a fast-growing cleantech environment in the UK. As part of a data and AI-first company, you’ll be responsible for strategy, testing frameworks, and performance improvements across Meta, TikTok

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Reddit and LinkedIn.
• Monitor budgets and report results to stakeholders across markets.
• Maintain UTM structures and support pixel/conversion tracking before launch.
• Analyze CPA, ROAS, CTR and push for better performance and efficiency.
• Create and test periodical creative concepts; manage refresh schedule.
• Develop and refine audience strategies and refreshes across markets.
