This role will be a Paid Social Account Manager, on one of the agency’s top clients – Tissot. The Account Manager will be reporting into a Paid Social Account Director and working closely with a Paid Social Activation Manager.
The role involves working closely with clients and internal stake holder to manage the day to day implementation of Paid Social campaigns and apply strategy and tactical testing to the client’s activity to grow the account.
· Working closely with the Account Director to ensure day to day aligns with account strategy
· Implementing best practice plans on Lloyds Banking Group paid social campaigns
· Supporting Account Director and Account manager in yearly responses to brief
· Responsible for all Mid Tier responses to brief
· Responsible for task assignment and management for the junior team members along with the Activation Manager
· Implement and develop efficient standard processes to manage workload and streamline tasks.
· Responsible for quality assurance of junior team members output
· Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team
· Champion best practice and produce market leading social campaigns
· Aligning with other digital channel teams on strategy and measurement
We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting Paid Social Account Manager who can be the link between the Account Director + layer of the team and junior members and brings a collaborative working ethos to their team. Tissot will require us to work at a fast pace and hand in hand multiple stakeholders, so we’re looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team.
Paid social experience is a must and experience across both brand and performance paid social campaigns is ideal.
Must Have
· Knowledge of Meta family of apps, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit
· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication skills and ability to engage with client and agency stakeholders.
· Be strategic in planning goals for their clients as well as being able to demonstrate handling client objectives and generating insights
· Technical and strategic knowledge of paid social across Brand and Performance
· Proven client management experience.
