Overview

This role will be a Paid Social Account Manager, working on one of the agency’s top clients – Tissot. The Account Manager will report to a Paid Social Account Director and work closely with a Paid Social Activation Manager.

The role involves collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to manage the day-to-day implementation of Paid Social campaigns, applying strategy and tactical testing to grow the account.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Account Director to ensure daily activities align with account strategy
  • Implement best practice plans on Lloyds Banking Group paid social campaigns
  • Support the Account Director and Account Manager in annual responses to briefs
  • Responsible for all Mid Tier responses to briefs
  • Manage task assignment and oversee junior team members along with the Activation Manager
  • Develop efficient standard processes to manage workload and streamline tasks
  • Ensure quality assurance of junior team members’ output
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and team members
  • Champion best practices and produce market-leading social campaigns
  • Coordinate with other digital channel teams on strategy and measurement
Qualifications

We seek an ambitious, self-starting Paid Social Account Manager who can bridge the gap between the Account Director, team, and junior members, bringing a collaborative ethos. The role requires working at a fast pace with multiple stakeholders, so a positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Paid social experience is a must, with experience across both brand and performance campaigns being ideal.

Must Have
  • Knowledge of Meta apps, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills for engaging clients and stakeholders
  • Strategic planning skills and ability to handle client objectives and generate insights
  • Technical and strategic knowledge of paid social across Brand and Performance
  • Proven client management experience
