Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Paid Social Account Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Paid Social Account Director and take full ownership of end-to-end marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Snapchat. Your responsibilities will include campaign planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting to drive the successful achievement of client objectives.
The ideal candidate will independently apply innovative campaign strategies that exceed client expectations, enhance Paid Social maturity through data-driven insights, and consistently meet performance targets. They will excel at building strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key suppliers, confidently communicating on broader topics outside their immediate remit and offering valuable points of view.
This role involves taking ownership of wider client and team deliverables, acting as a confident advocate for the Paid Social team both internally and externally. The candidate will actively contribute to processes, culture, and the successful delivery of projects.
