LuxExperience in London (Westfield, Shepherd's Bush) is hiring a Paid Search specialist to activate, manage and optimise global campaigns. You will plan always-on and promotional activity, test ad copy, grow accounts through keyword expansion, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven improvements.

You will be responsible for Google Ads, Ads Editor, and Merchant Center fluency, with a proactive, test-and-learn mindset and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center, with feed management experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Activate, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across markets.
• Plan and execute always-on and promotional campaigns with ad copy testing.
• Drive account growth through keyword expansion, query analysis, and bid management.
• Collaborate with Experimentation and Digital Performance teams to share best practices.
• Manage product feeds, Merchant Center integrations, and feed-based advertising solutions.
• Analyse performance and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Improve efficiency via automation and documented best practices.
