Job summary

MR PORTER is seeking a Digital Performance Executive to manage Paid Search across global markets and optimise bids, testing, and ad copy. Based in London with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in the office), you will report to the Digital Performance Manager and contribute to growth in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You have 2+ years in Paid Search with strong Google Ads expertise, analytics skills, and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' hands-on experience managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center, with feed management experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, ad formats, bidding strategies, and attribution.
• Highly analytical with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive and results-driven with a test-and-learn mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
• Adaptable and organised in a fast-paced environment while identifying scalable solutions and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Activate, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across global markets to achieve performance goals.
• Plan and execute always-on and promotional campaigns, including ad copy development and testing.
• Drive account growth through keyword expansion, search query analysis, audience optimisation, and bid management.
• Partner with Experimentation and wider Digital Performance teams to deliver testing initiatives and share best practices.
• Manage and enhance product feeds, Google Merchant Center integrations, and feed-based advertising solutions.
• Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation, process optimisation, and documentation of best practices.
