Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking a Digital Performance Executive to manage day-to-day Paid Search across global markets from its London office (Westfield). This hybrid role requires 4 days in the office and offers growth within MR PORTER's performance marketing team.

You will plan and optimise campaigns, develop ad copy, expand keywords, and analyse results with Excel to drive performance. 2+ years in Paid Search and strong Google Ads mastery are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on paid search experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Ads Editor and Merchant Center.
• Excellent data analysis and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Activate, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across global markets.
• Plan and execute always-on and promotional campaigns, including ad copy development and testing.
• Drive account growth through keyword expansion, search query analysis, audience optimisation, and bid management.
• Partner with Experimentation and wider Digital Performance teams to deliver testing initiatives and share best practices.
• Manage and enhance product feeds, Google Merchant Center integrations, and feed-based advertising solutions.
• Analyse campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation, process optimisation, and documentation of best practices.
