We’re seeking a hands-on Paid Search Manager (full-time), to own and scale our paid search campaigns across non-brand, brand, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns in Vienna or London (remote). This role is key to our performance marketing team, focusing on efficient customer acquisition through data-driven decisions.

You will work directly with the Head of Performance Marketing, responsible for planning, building, optimizing, and scaling search campaigns in a complex global setup. If you enjoy deep platform work, testing, and data-driven growth, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and PMax—planning, launching, managing, and optimizing.
  • Manage multi-market, multi-language accounts, adapting strategies and messaging.
  • Utilize Search Ads 360 (SA360) for campaign management, automation, and reporting.
  • Focus on non-brand acquisition efficiency, managing brand terms, and PMax campaigns.
  • Design and test conversion proxy strategies for mid- and low-funnel micro conversions.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to measure LTV, performance insights, and optimization.
  • Navigate multi-touch attribution models for better understanding and strategy.
  • Share insights, identify growth opportunities, and report on performance.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and performance.
What You’ll Need
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience with paid search campaigns in Google Ads, including Performance Max and international accounts.
  • Experience managing large budgets and multi-market search campaigns, driving efficiency and growth.
  • Familiarity with SA360 or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and ROAS through paid search.
  • Experience with conversion proxy signals, predictive optimization, and LTV models.
  • Deep understanding of search mechanics and auction dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools.
  • Agency experience is welcome if focused on performance outcomes.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and impactful.
