Job Description:

We’re looking for an SEO Executive to join iakoe, an agency specializing in designing, building, and optimizing Shopify stores. We collaborate with innovative design-led brands across the UK and US. Our team is close-knit, light-hearted, and proud of our work.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Work directly with our Head of SEO to analyze Google Search Console data and suggest content optimizations for clients.
• Conduct keyword research and create detailed content briefs for PDPs and Collections to guide the copywriting team.
• Optimize page titles and meta descriptions based on search data, CTR, and audience intent.
• Create and manage internal linking strategies to improve site navigation and content discoverability.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and rankings.
• Upload and format content on client websites, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
• Support the preparation of monthly performance reports focusing on content metrics and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the copywriting team to ensure content aligns with SEO goals and user needs.
• Support content-led campaigns with data-driven insights and optimization strategies.
• Utilize SEO tools such as Ahrefs to identify quick-win opportunities for clients.
• Require 4+ years of SEO experience, including experience with Google Search Console.
• Must have agency environment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search, and Keyword Insights.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
