Job summary

Grey Matter Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Paid Search specialist to manage and optimise large-scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns. You will own end-to-end campaign development, testing and growth across Shopping and Performance Max.

You will partner with Analytics, Creative, Social and Commerce teams to drive data-driven performance, testing and attribution-based optimization, leveraging AI and automation to uncover opportunities for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paid Search and Shopping across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Hands-on management of large-scale campaigns and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Max and bidding strategies.
• Data-driven approach to measurement, attribution and experimentation.

Responsibilities
