Overview
We're now expanding our Paid Search team and looking for a sharp, proactive manager to take charge of client performance. You'll build, scale, and optimise high-budget campaigns and work directly with senior leadership to improve results, processes, and strategy. Using tools like Triple Whale, GA4, and Shopify, you'll own every element of your campaigns—from account setup to performance reporting—ensuring we hit KPIs like CAC, NC-ROAS, and eROAS.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day performance of Google Ads accounts for a portfolio of D2C eCommerce clients
- Build and optimise campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube
- Allocate budgets and adjust bids in real-time to improve ROAS and acquisition efficiency
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement testing strategies to improve outcomes
- Own client communication—providing insights, updates, and strategy recommendations via Slack and video calls
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and Shopify to guide data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve creative, landing pages, and conversion flows
- Support training of junior media buyers and contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Stay ahead of Google platform changes and paid search best practices

Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, ideally within an agency or high-growth eCom brand
- Experience managing large budgets and optimising campaigns toward ROAS and CAC goals
- Familiarity with Shopify, product feeds, and eCommerce funnels
- Proficient in using tools like GA4, Triple Whale, and keyword research platforms
- Clear communicator with client-facing experience
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment

- Location: Remote-first (UK-based), with optional access to a Leeds office
- Compensation: £35,000 - £38,000 DOE
