Job summary

Wayfair UK & Ireland seeks a senior Paid Search marketer to own a portfolio of campaigns with a multi-million dollar monthly budget across Google and Microsoft Ads. You will build campaigns, analyze performance, and develop data-driven solutions to optimise ROI.

You will design and test innovative ideas for keyword coverage, product feeds, ad copy, and landing pages, working with Marketing Technology, Data Science, Engineering and other teams to grow the channel and respond to AI-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or higher) in a quantitative field such as math, sciences, economics, or business.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or strategy with an analytical emphasis is highly valued.
• Experience with performance marketing and/or programmatic display/video platforms (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, TradeDesk, AdForm).
• Strong quantitative analytics skills with a technical inclination; able to generate insights from large data sets and build data-driven stories.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Paid Search campaigns with a multi-million dollar monthly ad budget across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to improve ROI.
• Design and A/B test ideas for optimizing keyword coverage, product feeds, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Promotions, Category Management, and others to drive strategy.
• Evolve Wayfair's Search Marketing strategy in response to AI-driven search behavior.
• Lead automation initiatives for channel execution and data analysis.
• Evaluate channel performance focusing on incrementality and long-term customer value.
