Job summary

IG Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a highly analytical Paid Search Manager to own and scale the paid search channel for UK & IE. You will manage a large budget, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable growth across Google, Bing, and other platforms.

The role requires strong data skills, experience with analytics tools, and the ability to collaborate with SEO and AI-enabled workflows. Hybrid work includes three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable background managing and scaling paid search in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong understanding of click-tracking methodologies and attribution models.
• Experience with managing large paid search budgets across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of paid search campaigns across Google, Bing and other platforms.
• Monitor and optimise CPA reflecting CLV.
• Run Geo-experiments to validate incrementality.
• Collaborate with SEO to maximise click share and holistic search strategy.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and reporting.
