Wise in London is seeking a highly strategic Paid Search Manager to own our global search strategy, integrating AI capabilities and driving high-volume consumer growth across Google, Microsoft, and Apple Ads.

You will lead multi-market campaigns, optimise bidding with automation, run CRO tests, and translate insights into actionable plans, while sharing learning across teams in a hybrid 3-days-office setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience running large, direct response search campaigns.
• Experience scaling across global markets.
• Active engagement with Generative AI for Search.
• Customer-first approach to search marketing.
• Knowledge of modern tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
• Advanced experience with bid management and automation tools.
• Experience implementing or amending Google/Microsoft Ads Scripts.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute dynamic search campaigns to drive high-volume growth.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Ads in multiple markets.
• Utilise AI-powered bidding and automation to maximise efficiency.
• Lead CRO with A/B tests on ad copy, extensions, and landing pages.
• Forecast, report, and translate insights into robust campaign plans.
