Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Paid Media team for a Paid Search Executive with strong Google Ads knowledge and great client-facing skills.

We're looking for someone with 1-2 years' Google Ads experience who can start as soon as possible, as we look to grow our Paid Media team.

Evoluted is a leading full-service digital agency based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. We specialise in results-focused digital marketing, bespoke web development and digital design for recognised brands and SMEs across the UK.

Reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media, you will be planning and executing advanced PPC strategies on behalf of our diverse portfolio of local and national clients. You will be joining an experienced and enthusiastic team operating at the top of their game. While you will be expected to work independently towards ambitious targets, you will have the support of the team available to you.

We’re looking for someone with one to two years of experience in managing and optimising Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts and who shows pride in their work. As an executive, there is a client-facing element to this role, so you should feel comfortable with clients, boasting strong communication skills and a proactive attitude to realise success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Managing paid search, display, and remarketing that effectively utilise client budgets and maximise returns.
  2. Building out new Google Ads and Microsoft Ads accounts from the ground up including: conducting keyword research, guiding account structure, implementing tracking and producing engaging ad copy.
  3. Conducting thorough account audits in order to identify issues impacting performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
  4. Working with project managers and in-house design and development teams to produce high-converting landing pages.
  5. Implementing innovative analytics, tracking and reporting methodologies for clients, solving the ‘black box’ between basic reporting and advanced end-to-end analysis.
  6. Developing creative briefs and working alongside the in-house design team to produce awesome creative assets for display and video campaigns.
  7. Explore and develop expertise in emerging platforms and marketing tools i.e Performance Max and the introduction of Generative AI in marketing software.
  8. Building strong relationships with clients where you are their key point of communication.
  9. Creating reports that provide clients with meaningful insights that are clearly explained in terms that relate to their organisation’s KPIs.
  10. Supporting new business initiatives including research, analysis, proposal writing and pitching to prospective clients.
  11. Contributing to Evoluted’s current marketing activity.
Requirements

You should apply for this role if:

  1. You have at least one year of Google Ads experience.
  2. You have the right to work and live in the United Kingdom.
  3. You have a passion for and demonstrable knowledge of Paid Search and the broader digital marketing arena.
  4. You have previous marketing experience working at an agency or as part of an in-house team.
  5. You’re confident in your ability to research and understand hugely varied markets, products and services, from the financial services and legal advice sectors to the fashion retail and outdoor experience industries.
  6. You know shopping feeds and dynamic ads like the back of your hand.
  7. You’re competent with Google Analytics, Sheets/Excel and using data analysis methods to inform your campaigns.
  8. You can communicate effectively with clients and colleagues and explain complex concepts in terms they will understand.
  9. Your superb organisational and time-management skills are the envy of the office.
  10. You’re ambitious, driven by personal growth and hungry to be the very best.
