Job description

We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Executive to join our dynamic and growing team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing expert with a strong focus on Paid Search Advertising to collaborate with our international client base. Our agency, Ignite, specializes in the hospitality industry, partnering with leading hotel, restaurant, and bar chains worldwide. A passion for or experience in this industry is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities
  1. Paid Search Campaign Management: Implement and optimize campaigns across Google Ads.
  2. Budget Management: Monitor and manage client advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  3. Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and keyword analysis to inform strategies.
  4. Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor, test, and refine campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
  5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate reports on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
  6. Collaboration & Communication: Work with team members including Paid Social Specialist and Digital Marketing Managers.
  7. Multi-channel Advertising: Manage efforts across channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok when needed.
Desired Skills & Experience
  1. Expertise in Paid Search: Proven success managing campaigns on Google Ads.
  2. Proficiency with Analytics Tools: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
  3. Attention to Detail: Highly organized with meticulous campaign management.
  4. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and drive performance.
  5. Experience in Hospitality: Passion or experience in the sector is preferred.
  6. Team Player: Collaborative yet proactive working style.
  7. Agency Experience: Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
  8. SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO.
  9. Cross-channel Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram Ads and TikTok.
  10. Experience: 1-2 years in digital marketing focused on paid search advertising.
