Tribal Recruitment - The UK's Leading Digital & R2R Recruiters is seeking a Paid Media Executive to drive performance-focused paid social campaigns for a portfolio of retail and eCommerce clients. The role demands hands-on campaign management end-to-end and a mindset to grow strategic thinking in a remote agency setup.

You will plan, launch, optimise, and report on campaigns across Meta and other platforms, building audience tests, managing budgets, and delivering data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience managing PPC or paid social campaigns.
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager is essential.
• Experience working with retail or eCommerce brands.
• Comfortable with performance metrics and data‑led decisions.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts remotely.
• Clear written and verbal communication; proactive learner.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social and PPC campaigns across Meta and other platforms.
• Optimise campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, revenue and customer acquisition goals.
• Build and test audiences, creatives, and campaign structures.
• Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Produce regular client and internal performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on briefs and testing.
