Job summary

Tribal Recruitment - The UK's Leading Digital & R2R Recruiters is seeking a Paid Media Manager to drive sales for retail and e-commerce brands. You’ll own multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok, balancing budgets with a data-led approach to boost ROAS and scale growth.

You’ll collaborate with creative and account teams, map out strategies, run campaigns end-to-end, and report results in plain English. Hybrid work includes 2–3 days in London and the rest remote.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid campaigns end-to-end for retail/e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of paid social, search, and shopping campaigns.
• Ability to explain results in plain English to non-technical stakeholders.
• Organised, adaptable and able to juggle multiple clients/projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media campaigns for retail/e-commerce brands.
• Manage budgets across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond.
• Interpret data to improve ROAS and scale performance.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to stay on-brand and on-target.
• Present clear results and insights to clients in plain English.
• Stay ahead of paid media shifts and trends.
