WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO
In your role as a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll manage a mix of paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll work with a variety of B2B clients, owning both the strategy and execution that drives real, measurable growth.
You’ll be hands-on in campaign creation, optimization, and reporting, and act as the main point of contact for your clients. From budget allocation to audience testing, performance reviews to creative collaboration, you’ll be trusted to make a real impact.
This is a full time, fully remote position. If you’re based outside of the UK, this would be as a contractor.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Act as the primary contact for clients, providing clear explanations of results, ensuring mutual understanding of briefs, addressing potential inquiries proactively, and streamlining reports for clarity and comprehension
- Engage in building, managing, and troubleshooting ad campaigns on Google and Meta for a diverse range of customers. Focus on delivering campaigns that consistently meet or surpass performance goals, ensuring effectiveness in reaching target audiences
- Manage and refine the infrastructure elements of ads, including audiences, custom conversions, and catalogs. Your role is to optimize these components for maximum efficiency, contributing significantly to the success of each campaign
- Take charge of monitoring and enhancing the performance of clients' accounts. Implement strategies that drive continuous improvement and contribute to client satisfaction and business growth
- Regularly review performance data to identify areas for improvement. Use these insights to develop strategies that noticeably enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns
- Proactively seek and explore opportunities to grow and expand client campaigns. Utilize innovative approaches to increase engagement and maximize return on investment
- Provide expert technical and creative guidance to optimize campaign outcomes. Address client inquiries with informed and strategic solutions that align with their campaign goals
WHO YOU ARE
- You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- You have a strong understanding of other paid media channels such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter etc.
- You have experience working with cross-functional teams
- You have experience working in an advertising agency, startup or service-based business
- You have worked with clients from the B2B industry
- You have experience with client communication and know how to build long-lasting relationships with them
- You have t-shaped marketing knowledge, understanding different areas of the marketing funnel
- You have the drive to consistently improve yourself, and actively spend your time reading about new trends, industry changes, and best practices
- You are detail-oriented & love analyzing and tracking data
- You are a self-starter and are able to motivate yourself without others’ guidance
- You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
