Job summary

Zinc in London is seeking a hands-on Demand Gen specialist to own paid media campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta, driving lead generation, pipeline and revenue.

You'll manage budgets, run regular experiments, and collaborate with Social, Content, Creative and Sales to align paid activities with broader marketing goals. This is a full-time role based in London with a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid social experience, predominantly on LinkedIn.
• Proven LinkedIn campaigns for a B2B SaaS business, ideally in-house.
• Experience running account-based paid campaigns with CRM-synced audiences, alongside Sales.
• Strong analytical skills, and comfortable using HubSpot, Google Analytics and Dreamdata for clear reports.
• Budget ownership and a track record of tying spend to pipeline and revenue impact.
• Experience running structured experiments across paid media channels.

Responsibilities

• Paid social campaign management: Planning, building and launching campaigns, predominantly on LinkedIn with lighter touch on Meta, across objectives and audiences.
• Strategy and budget ownership: Owning the paid social strategy, budgeting, pacing, forecasting, and ROI improvements.
• Optimization and testing: Running regular A/B tests and fast pause/scale decisions based on data.
• Emerging channels: Testing new channels and running pilots with scoped plans and clear scale/kill decisions.
• Reporting and analysis: Producing monthly reports on spend, pipeline, ROAS with HubSpot and Dreamdata.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working with marketing, sales, social and creative teams to ensure aligned outcomes.
